# Keyboard Shortcuts in Zoho Billing

Keyboard shortcuts, or hotkeys, make using Zoho Billing faster and more convenient. They allow you to quickly perform actions within the application, streamlining repetitive tasks and saving time. With just a few keystrokes, you can create and save transactions, execute actions at the module or transaction level, and much more.

**Note:** You can press **Shift + ?** to view the keyboard shortcuts, or access them from the profile section by clicking **Navigate faster with keyboard shortcuts**.

**Note:** You can create custom shortcut keys for any action by clicking the **Edit** icon next to the action.

## General

You can use these shortcuts from any page within the organisation, and they will direct you to the relevant section or perform the intended action.

For instance, if you’re viewing the sales report of one organisation and need to switch to another organisation, you can easily press the **O** key on your keyboard from any module to view the list of all the organisations you manage in Zoho Billing.

You can use the following shortcut keys to navigate to a specific tab. These actions are common to all the modules.

## Module Level Actions

You can use the following shortcut keys to perform actions on the transactions within a module. These shortcuts are applicable only to the Sales modules.

Create a New Transaction.

Option + M

Email all/multiple transactions from the same module.

Option + D

Download all/multiple transactions from the same module as a PDF.

Option + I

Import all data to a particular module from your computer.

Option + E

Export all data from a particular module to your computer.

Option + A

Select all transactions in a specific module.

## Transaction Level Actions

After selecting a transaction, you can use the following shortcut keys to perform actions at the transaction level. These shortcuts allow you to act quickly without having to reach for a mouse. They are applicable only to the Sales transaction.
