How do I delete an old project that is not in use anymore?
You cannot delete a project if there are expenses associated to them. However, you can mark it as inactive. To mark a project as inactive:

Login to Zoho Expense organization.

Switch to the Admin View.

Go to Settings.

Under Customization, select Modules.

Click Projects.

Select the project you want to mark as inactive.

Click Mark as Inactive at the top of the page. They will no longer be displayed while creating expenses or reports.
