# How do I add a signature to my invoice template?

To add a signature to your invoice template:

*   Go to **Settings** and select **Templates** under _Customisation_.
*   Hover over the template you want to edit and click **Edit**.
*   Click the **Other Details** tab on the left panel.
*   Check the **Signature** checkbox.
*   Enter a label name for the signature section in the **Label** field.
*   Upload your signature image by dragging and dropping the file, or click **Upload file** to choose from your desktop.
*   Enter a **Signature Name** if needed.
*   Click **Save**.

If you want to manually sign the invoices, you can skip uploading the image, click **Save**, and later sign the invoices after printing them out.
