# How do I sync a custom field with the “drop-down” data type from Zoho Books to Zoho Projects?

If you have added a custom field in Zoho Books with a **Drop-down** data type, the corresponding action in Zoho Projects is to create a custom field with a **Pick list** data type. After creating the custom field in Zoho Projects, you can proceed to map these two fields in the integration settings.
