# How do I delete my Zoho account?

**Warning:** Once you delete your Zoho account, you’ll no longer be able to access the organizations of the Zoho applications created using your Zoho account. Ensure that you take a backup of all your data before you proceed.

To delete your Zoho account:

*   In Zoho Books, click the profile picture in the top right corner of the page and click **My Account**. You’ll be redirected to your Zoho Accounts page.

OR

*   Log in to your [Zoho account](https://www.zoho.com/login.html).
*   Go to **Settings** on the left sidebar and select **Close Account**.
*   Click **Close Organization** in the _Close Account_ section.
