# How to download or email pay stubs to employees?

To download or send pay stubs:

1.  Go to the **Pay Runs** module.
2.  Click **Payroll History** and select a completed pay run.
3.  Click on an employee’s name to open their details.
4.  Use the **Download Pay Stub** or **Send Pay Stub** options on the right panel.

To email payslips to **all employees** in the pay run, click **Send Pay Stub** in the top-right corner.
