# More Actions in Direct Deposit

In Zoho Payroll, you can perform additional actions related to your Direct Deposit setup, such as updating your organization’s bank account information.

## Update Bank Account Details

To update the bank account details:

1.  Go to **Settings** > **Payments** > **Direct Deposit**.
2.  Click **View Details** at the top right.
3.  Click **Change**.
4.  In the **Select a Bank Account** dropdown, select the new bank account.

5.  If the desired bank account isn’t listed, click **Add New Bank Account**.
6.  In the popup that appears, enter the required details.

Field Name

Description

Bank Account Name

Enter the name of your bank account.

Bank Name

Enter the name of the bank.

Account Number

Enter your bank account number.

Routing Number

Enter the nine digit routing number of your bank.

Account Code

Enter a unique code for your bank account.

Account Type

Select the type of bank account:

*   Checking
*   Savings

7.  Click **Add**.

Your bank account details will be updated.

**Note:** Forte will initiate a verification process to ensure the correctness of the provided information. This process typically takes 12 - 24 hours.
