# How to send Pay Slips to employees?

You can send pay slips to employees while recording the payment for the pay run. Here’s how:

*   After the pay run is approved, go to the **Home** or **Pay Runs** module.
*   Go to the approved pay run and click **View Details.**
*   Click **Record Payment** and then click **Send Pay Slip**.

The pay slips will be sent as emails to your employees.
