# How can I see whether my portal customers are engaging?

Use the **Portal Activities** report (Activity category). It shows all actions taken by customers through the Customer Portal — including invoices viewed, payments made, and documents downloaded. Use it to identify your most active portal customers and follow up with those who have not logged in.

The **Customer Reviews** report (Activity category) shows ratings and reviews submitted through the portal, giving you a direct measure of customer satisfaction.
