# How do I add my organization’s tax information to my invoice?

Your organization’s tax details can be displayed on invoice PDFs through the Organization Address Format. Here’s how:

*   Go to **Settings** and select **Preferences** under _General_.
*   Scroll down to the **Organization Address Format** section.
*   Click **Insert Placeholders**.
*   Select your tax identifier (e.g., **GSTIN**, **TIN**, or **VAT**) and its corresponding value from the dropdown.
*   Click **Save**.

Your tax information will now appear as part of the organization address on all transaction PDFs.

**Note:** Your tax registration number must be configured in your tax settings before it appears as an option in the _Insert Placeholders_ dropdown.
