Viewing Payment Pages
You can view and manage all the payment pages you’ve created in Zoho Checkout within this module. Your payment pages can be viewed in two formats:
- List View: Presents your pages in a vertical layout, one below the other, allowing you to easily scan through all your payment pages at once.
- Card View: Displays your pages as individual visual tiles, making it easier to identify.
Navigate to the top-right corner of the page and select the view you prefer.
Payment Page Details
Select a payment page to access its detailed insights. The details page is organized into the following sections:
- The header displays the name of your payment page along with its status and other details such as:
- Amount: Displays the pricing model (e.g., Decided at Checkout).
- Payment Type: Indicates if the page handles one-time or recurring payments.
- Expires on: Shows the validity period of the page.
- Confirmation Message: Displays the confirmation message shown after a successful payment is made.
- Associated Coupons: Lists any active coupons linked to this page.
- Overview: This section tracks the page’s key metrics such as:
- Payment Count: The total number of transactions processed.
- Revenue: The total amount collected through this specific page.
- Activity: A graph showing transaction volume over time.
- Payment Details: All the recent one-time and recurring payment transactions are listed in this section.
Payment Page Statuses
Payment page statuses and their meanings are:
- Live: The page is active and accessible.
- Inactive: The page has been marked inactive and no longer accepts payments.
- Draft: The page is unpublished and currently under revision.
- Expired: The page has surpassed its designated expiry date or transaction limit and is no longer accepting payments.
Filter and Sort Payment Pages
You can filter and view payments or search for a specific transaction using the available options.
Filter Payment Pages: Select a status or type from the Filter By dropdown to view matching payment pages.
Search Payment Pages: Enter the payment page name to quickly find it.
Sort Payment Pages: Sort payment pages by name, created time, or modified time.
- In Card View, use the Sort By dropdown and click the arrow to switch between ascending and descending order.
- In List View, click the column headers such as Page Name, Created On, or Modified On to sort the records.
Note: An up-arrow indicates ascending order, while a down-arrow indicates descending order.
