What are the different payment statuses and what do they signify?

There are three different payment statuses in Zoho Checkout, and they are:

  • Success - If the customer payment was successful, a payment is marked as ‘success’. This list of successful payments will include both one-time and recurring payments.
  • Failure - If the customer payment was unsuccessful, a payment is marked as ‘failure’.
  • Refund - A payment is listed as ‘refund’ if that particular amount was refunded from a successful payment. Learn more about refunds here.
