Can I collect my customer’s GSTIN from the payment page?

Yes, every time a customer makes a payment from your payment pages, they’ll be able to enter their GSTIN. If you already have an existing customer with a recurring profile in Zoho Checkout, you can update their GSTIN.

To do so:

  • Go to the Recurring tab, select the transaction involving that customer and click Edit customer.
  • Update the customer’s GSTIN.
  • Click Save.

You will have updated your customer’s GSTIN.
