What is the deadline for filing T4A and T5018?
T4A forms must be filed with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) on or before the last day of February for the previous calendar year. T5018 forms must be filed within 6 months from the end of the calendar or fiscal year.

Is there any payment limit for filing T4A and T5018 forms?
T4A and T5018 forms need to be prepared only if payments made throughout the year is more than $ 500.

What happens if I file T4A forms late?
If you miss the filing deadline, you could be hit with a penalty of $25 per day per slip, with a minimum of $100 and a maximum of $2,500.
