How do I stop reminders for a particular customer?

To disable the reminders for a specific customer:

  • Go to Sales on the left sidebar and select Customers.
  • Choose the customers for whom the reminders has to be stopped.
  • In the Details page, click the More button.
  • From the drop-down, click on Stop All Reminders to stop the reminders from being sent to that customer.

Now, the reminders for the customers will be stopped
