Can I create a role apart from the default roles?
You can create additional roles and configure the level of permissions for your role. Here’s how you can create a custom role:
- Go to Settings in the top-right corner of the page.
- Select Roles under Users & Roles.
- In this page, click + New Role on the top-right corner.
- Select the modules to be configured, and click More Permissions for additional permissions.
- Once you’ve configured the permissions for the role, click Save.
Note: The Custom Role feature is available only in certain plans of Zoho Books. Visit the pricing page to check if it is available in your current plan.
