# I’ve added a separate shipping address for some of my customers but it is not being displayed in PDFs. What should I do?

You have to enable the Shipping Address option in the transaction PDfs to display the shipping address of your customers. Here’s how:

*   Go to **Settings** in the top right corner.
*   Click **PDF Templates** under _Customization_.
*   Select the required module in the _Templates_ pane.
*   Hover over the template for which you want to enable shipping address and click **Edit**.
*   Click **Transaction Details** on the left sidebar.
*   Expand the _Customer Details_ section and check the **Ship To** option. You change the name of the field by entering a name of your choice in the text box below the **Ship To** field if required.
*   Click **Save**.

Your customers shipping address will now be displayed in the PDFs that you send to them.
