How do I print invoices on a thermal printer?
If you are using a thermal printer, you can customize the Retail Template for an invoice. Here’s how:
- Go to Settings in the top right corner.
- Select PDF Templates under Customization.
- Select the Invoice module.
- Click the +New option.
- Choose from Retail - Standard or Retail - Premium templates as per your preference by clicking the Use This option.
- You can customize any details from the Edit Template page.
- Click Save to update your changes.
Insight: You can also choose the template at the time of creating invoices.
