Where do I view all the written-off invoices?
To view the written-off invoices:
- Go to the Reports module from the left sidebar.
- Navigate to Accountant section and select Account Transactions.
- Click the More Filter option.
- Select the Account from the field filter dropdown and select Bad Debt account from the adjacent dropdown.
- Click Run Report.
