Why am I unable to convert quotes into sales orders or invoices?

In Zoho Books, you cannot convert a quote into a sales order or an invoice in any of the following cases:

The quote is expired.

The quote is marked as declined.

Sales approval is enabled, and the quote is pending approval.

To resolve this, update the expiry date and try converting the quote into a sales order or invoice again.

2. The quote is marked as declined.

To resolve this, mark the quote as accepted and try converting the quote into a sales order or invoice again.

3. Sales approval is enabled, and the quote is pending approval.

To resolve this, approach a user who is an approver and ask them to approve the quote. Once the quote is approved, try converting the quote into a sales order or invoice.
