How do I attach the PDF of a quote while sending an email to my customer?
After creating quotes, you can send them to your customers via email. When emailing the quotes, you can configure Zoho Books to automatically attach PDF versions with the emails.
To set up this configuration:
- Go to Settings by clicking the Gear icon in the top right corner.
- Click General under Preferences.
- Check the box Attach PDF file with the link while emailing the invoice & quote? in the PDF Attachment section.
- Click Save.
Once saved, Zoho Books will automatically attach the PDF while emailing quotes to your customers.
