How do I customize the portal invitation mail content?
- Go to Settings in the top right corner.
- Click Email Notifications under Reminders and Notifications.
- Select Customer Portal Invitation in the Emails pane.
- Click Show Mail Content next to template you want to customize.
- Make the necessary changes. You can customize the email content by editing the existing text or adding placeholders for the subject and body of the email.
- Click Save.
