How can my customer update their card details in the customer portal?

Here’s how your customers can update their card details in the customer portal:

  • Log in to the customer portal using the portal credentials.
  • Click View More in the My Details section of the Home module.
  • Go to the Payment Details section and click the Edit icon next to the card for which details need to be updated.
  • Make the necessary changes and click Save.
