Here’s how to create a Credit Note for post-sale discount:
- Go to Sales from the left sidebar and select Credit Notes.
- Click the +New button.
- Enter the required details.
- Go to the Item table section and enter the description as Post-Sale Discount.
- Select the account in which you want to track the discount in the Account field.
- Click Save.
