Why is the Zoho Project sync in progress for a long time?

The initial synchronization process may take some time, as each module is fetched individually. Until the sync is completed for all modules, the Instant Sync button will be replaced by a Refresh button. Clicking the Refresh button, lets you check the status of the sync.

You can also verify if the integration was recently disabled or if the ZSC key was regenerated , as these situations may also result in a longer sync duration than usual.

If the sync has been in progress for more than two hours, write to us at support@zohobooks.com for further assistance.
