When I try to integrate Zoho Books and Zoho CRM, the organization field is greyed out. How to rectify this?

If you’re experiencing issues in connecting your Zoho Books organization to a new Zoho CRM account, please contact us at support@zohobooks.com to request the deletion of the existing integration from our backend. Once this integration is removed, all configurations and mappings linked to the previous Zoho CRM organization will be completely eliminated. Afterwards, you can seamlessly integrate with your new Zoho CRM organization.
