If I delete an item in Zoho Inventory, will it be deleted in Zoho Books as well?

Yes, the item gets deleted in Zoho Books as well. Since there’s a two- way sync between Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory and owing to the fact that both of them share a common database, any changes made gets synced instantly.
