# Can I connect a different WhatsApp Business account with my Zoho Books organization?

You can connect to a different WhatsApp Business account, first ensure that the new WhatsApp Business account is active.

To verify the account’s status:

*   Log in to the **Meta Business Suite**.
*   Select the required business account.
*   Go to **Settings** in the bottom left corner of the page.
*   Select **WhatsApp Account** under _Accounts_.
*   Select the respective WhatsApp Business account you want to integrate with Zoho Books.
*   Click **Summary**.

You can view the account’s status under _Business Information_.

Once you check that the account’s status is Active, you can connect the [new WhatsApp Business account](/books/help/integrations/whatsapp-integration.html#Change-WhatsApp-Business-Account) to your Zoho Books organization.
