How do I assign an account’s primary contact in both Zoho CRM and Zoho Books?

If there are multiple contacts mapped under an Account in Zoho CRM, you can choose which contact should be the primary contact in Books. Here’s how:

• Create a Custom Field, with data type as Checkbox in Zoho CRM. While creating a contact, mark this option if you want to sync the contact as primary in Books.
• Now, in Zoho Books, map the Is primary contact field with the newly created Custom field.

Your primary contact will be synced accordingly.
