How do I delete my Zoho Books organization?

If you’re dealing with a large volume of incorrect transactions in your current organization and need to remove them, the process typically involves manually navigating through each module to delete them. Alternatively, you can create a new organization and begin anew.

Warning: Once you delete your organization, you will no longer be able to access it. Ensure that you take a backup before deleting the organization. Read our help document on data backup to learn more.

Prerequisites:

  • The organization should not be subscribed to any paid plan.
  • The user who is deleting the organization must be the last active Admin of the organization.
  • All integrations must be disabled.

To delete your Zoho Books organization:

  • Click the organization name in the top right corner of the page and select Manage.
  • Click the More icon next to the organization that you want to delete and select Delete from the dropdown.
  • Check the I want to permanently delete this Zoho Books organization and its contents option in the pop up that appears.
  • Click Delete Organization.

Your Zoho Books organization will be deleted and you will no longer be able to access it.
