# How do I change the organization email address shown in the invoice PDF?

By default, the primary email address from your organization profile is used in the _Organization Address_ section of the PDF. To use a different email address, you can customize it directly in the template:

*   Go to _Settings_.
*   Select **PDF Templates** under _Customisation_ in the _Organization Settings_ pane.
*   Click **Edit** on the template.
*   Select **Transaction Details** and click **Organization Address Format**.
*   Click **Configure** next to _Do you want to have a custom address format only for this template?_.
*   Remove the email address placeholder from the address format.
*   Type in the email address you want to display instead.
*   Click **Save**.

The updated email address will now appear in the _Organization Address_ section of your invoice PDFs.
