# What can I do to resolve when my WhatsApp integration setup page hangs?

Check if the pop-up blocker is enabled in your browser. The pop-up blocker stops unwanted pop-ups, which can interfere when you integrate your WhatsApp Business account with Zoho Billing. Therefore, it is necessary to disable the pop-up blocker during the integration process.

If you’re using a custom domain, the integration page may occasionally hang. To resolve this issue:

*   Try using the Chrome browser to set up the integration.
*   If that doesn’t work, [disable the custom domain](/billing/help/settings/organization/custom-domain-mapping.html#disable), complete the WhatsApp integration with your Zoho Billing organization, and then re-enable the custom domain for your organization.

These steps should help prevent the setup page from hanging.
