# How do I cancel my Zoho Billing subscription and get a refund?

You can cancel your Zoho Billing subscription from the _Settings_ page. Here’s how:

*   Go to **Settings**.
*   Select **Manage Subscription** under **Organization**.
*   Click **Change Plan**.
*   In the page that appears, click **Change Plan**.
*   Click **Cancel Subscription**.
*   Uncheck the option **Downgrade automatically at the end of the current billing cycle** if you want the cancellation to take effect immediately. Leave it checked if you want to continue using Zoho Billing until the end of your current billing cycle.
*   Select a reason for cancellation.
*   Click **Move to Free Edition** to cancel your subscription.

Once the subscription is canceled, send an email to [](mailto:cancellation@zohocorp.com)[cancellation@zohocorp.com](mailto:cancellation@zohocorp.com) with your organization details and request a refund for the Zoho Billing subscription.

**Note:** If you intended to subscribe to a different Zoho product (for example, Zoho Books), contact the respective product’s support team to purchase their subscription.
