The Customer Statement report has a consolidated list of all the transactions you created for a customer.
To print the customer statement report:
Click Sales on the left sidebar and click Customer.
Select the customer for whom you want to generate and print the customer statement report.
Click the Statement tab, available next to the Mails tab to view the statement for the customer.
Select the different filter options in the top left corner to generate reports for different date ranges, branches, or transaction statuses.
Click the Custom option if you want to generate the customer statement for a custom date range.
Click the Print icon in the top right corner to print the customer statement. Also, you can click the Mail icon to mail it or the Download icon to download the statement as a PDF or XLS file.
