I’m not able to find any transaction in my Stripe Clearing account even though integrated my Zoho Books organization with my Stripe account. What should I do?
You have to configure Feed Accounts on the Stripe Integration page to allow Zoho Books to fetch the transactions from your Stripe account. To configure:
- Go to Settings in the top right corner of the page.
- Select Customer Payment under Online Payments.
- Click Edit Settings next to Stripe.
- On the Stripe Integration page, click Configuration Feed Accounts.
- Fill in the required details and click Save.
You can now view your Stripe account’s transaction in your Stripe Clearing account.
