If you want to use an exisitng phone number for your WhatsApp Business account with Zoho Books, you will lose your existing data. To avoid this, you can back up your chat history.
However, you can migrate this phone number and associate it with a business account integrated to Zoho Books.
To migrate your phone number, you must delete the existing WhatsApp personal or business account. Learn more about deleting your WhatsApp account. It might take up to three minutes to delete your account.
Note: Once you migrate a phone number to the WhatsApp Business Platform, you will no longer be able to use that phone number in the WhatsApp mobile application.
