Can I connect a different WhatsApp Business account with my Zoho Books organization?

You can connect to a different WhatsApp Business account, first ensure that the new WhatsApp Business account is active.

To verify the account’s status:

• Log in to the Meta Business Suite.
• Select the required business account.
• Go to Settings in the bottom left corner of the page.
• Select WhatsApp Account under Accounts.
• Select the respective WhatsApp Business account you want to integrate with Zoho Books.
• Click Summary.

You can view the account’s status under Business Information.

Once you check that the account’s status is Active, you can connect the new WhatsApp Business account to your Zoho Books organisation.
