Do I need to pay for each organisation I create?

No, you need not pay for every organisation you create in Zoho Books. When you sign up for Zoho Books, each organisation will be on a 14-day trial period. Once the trial expires, you can either upgrade the organisation to a paid plan of Zoho Books or switch it to the Free plan.
