How do I configure multiple currencies for the same customer?

You can configure multiple currencies for the same customer using the Multi-currency Transaction for Each Contact in Zoho Books.

Note: This feature is only available for the Elite and Ultimate plans of Zoho Books.

To enable the Multi-currency Transactions for Each Contact feature:

  • Go to Settings in the top right corner.
  • Select Customers and Vendors under Preferences.
  • Click the toggle Multi-currency Transactions for Each Contact.
  • Click Save.

After enabling the feature, you can create sales and purchase transactions in multiple currencies. For instance, you can change the currency of an invoice, bill, expense etc.
