# How do I attach files to bills in Zoho Books?

You can attach files like payment receipts and reference attachments to your bills in Zoho Books. Here’s how:

*   Log in to your Zoho Books account.
*   Go to _Purchases_ on the left sidebar, and select **Bills**.
*   Select a bill and click **Attach Files** at the top right corner of its _Details_ page.

You can upload your files in three ways:

*   **Attach From Desktop:** Upload files from your computer.
*   **Attach From Documents:** Upload documents from your Zoho Books Documents folder.
*   **Attach From Cloud:** Upload files from cloud services like Zoho Docs, Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, etc.

Once you upload the file, you will be able to view it in the associated bill.
