How do I send invoices to my customers in their regional language?
If your customer prefers to communicate in their regional language, you can create an invoice template in their preferred language and associate it with them. Here’s how:
- Go to Settings > Templates.
- Click + New to create a new template.
- Hover your pointer over the template that you’d like to use and click Use This.
- Select your customer’s preferred language and click Use This again.
- Customize the template to suit your business needs.
- Click Save.
