With Zoho Assist Unattended tools equips your technicians with advanced functionalities and diagnostic utilities to simplify troubleshooting and save valuable time during remote sessions.

You can access tools for any unattended device from its device view. Alternatively, go to Unattended Access > Tools > Diagnostic Tools, search for the device name, and choose the tool you want to proceed with.

During an active remote support session, click Tools from the left-side panel to access the available diagnostic tools.

  • Command Prompt: For executing direct system commands.

  • Task Manager: To monitor and manage running applications and processes.

  • Device Manager: For viewing and managing hardware devices and drivers.

  • Registry Editor: To access safely and modify the Windows Registry.

  • Hardware: For inspecting hardware-related configurations.

  • Software: For reviewing installed software details.

  • Services: For viewing and managing running system services.

  • Groups: For managing system user groups.

  • Users: For managing user accounts.

  • Printers: For managing installed printers.

  • Share: For managing shared folders and resources.

  • Task Scheduler: To schedule applications or programs to run at a specific time and interval.
