How do I reset my organization?
No, it is not possible to reset your Zoho Invoice organization. However, you can delete your existing organization and create a new one.
Few things you should know before deleting your Zoho Invoice organization:
- If you’ve enabled the customer portal for a few contacts, deleting the organization will not allow your customers to access/view their previous transactions with your organization.
- Once an organization is deleted, you cannot retrieve any data related to that organization.
- If you want to delete an organization, but save all its data, you can back up your data before deleting.
To delete your organization:
- Click the organization’s name in the top right corner and click Manage. In the next page, you will see the list of all your organizations.
- Go to the organization you wish to delete, click the More icon, and click Delete.
- Confirm your action by checking the box I want to permanently delete this Zoho Invoice organization and its contents in the pop-up that follows and click Delete Organization.
