I’m trying to generate a ledger for a specific customer in my organization from January 2023 up to the current date. How do I do that in Zoho Invoice?
Zoho Invoice allows you to generate a ledger for any customer in your organization with the help of the Customer Statement option. To generate a statement for your customer:
- Go to the Customers module in the left sidebar, and select the customer for whom you want to generate a statement.
- In the Customer Details page, click the tab Statement at the top to view the customer’s statement.
- Click the This Month dropdown in the top left corner of the statement to apply the date range for when you want to generate the statement. If you would like to generate it from January 2023 to the current date, then you can select Custom from the options listed in the dropdown, and choose the ‘from’ and ‘to’ dates accordingly.
The statement will be generated for the selected period. You can print, download, or send the statement as an email by clicking the options in the top right corner of the statement.
