Lost Opportunities
The Lost Opportunities report lists failed transactions at your configured payment gateways, alongside customer details and failure reasons. These insights help you identify patterns and implement strategies to minimize revenue loss.
To view this report:
- Click the Reports dropdown at the top of the page and select Lost Opportunities.
- View the report, which includes the following details:
- Attempted time: The date and time of the transaction.
- Contact details: The details of the customer such as name and email id.
- Error details: The reason behind the payment failure.
- Amount: The amount attempted to pay.
- Page name: The payment page through which the payment was attempted.
- Card number: The card number through which the payment was attempted.
- Retry count: The number of times the payment was attempted.:

- Page name: The payment page through which the payment was attempted.

You can review the details and gain insights into failed payments.
Insight: If your customers contact you with error codes, refer to the error code directory link in the banner to find the specific description and cause of the failure. If a code is not listed or the issue persists, contact support@zohocheckout.com for assistance.
Filter Report
You can filter reports based on predefined date ranges and the payment page through which the payment was attempted. To filter:
- Select the Payment Page dropdown to filter by specific page.
Or - Select the Date Range dropdown and choose your preferred range.
Records based on your filter will be displayed.
Other Actions in Reports
Print Report
You can generate a physical copy or a digital version of the current view of your report.
To print or save the report:
- Click Print in the top-right corner of the report page.
- In the window that appears, configure the following:
- Destination: Select your local printer for a physical copy, or choose Save as PDF to generate a digital file.
- Pages: Choose the pages you want to save.
- Layout: Select Portrait or Landscape based on your preference for the chart display.
- More Settings: Expand More settings to customize advanced layout options, including Paper size, Margins, and Scale. You can also click Open PDF in Preview to review the document before saving.
- Click Print or Save.
You will have printed a physical copy or the report will be saved to your browser’s default download location.
Export Report
Use the Export As option to download your report in CSV format.
Files are saved to your browser’s default download location.
