Why do I have duplicate customers?

When your customers sign up to your plans through the hosted payment pages with the same information as before, they will be created as a separate customer in Zoho Billing. To avoid this, you can generate hosted payment pages via the API and pass the customer’s customer ID, if they’re already a customer in Zoho Billing. This way, when an existing customer subscribes to a new plan with the same information, they will not be created as a separate customer in Zoho Billing.
