My customer canceled all their subscriptions. Should I delete them and their records from my organization?

We don’t recommend deleting your customers and their subscriptions for two reasons:

  1. If you have to delete your customers, you must delete their transactions as well, which could mess up your reports.
  2. If your customer decides to renew their subscription, you just have to reactivate their subscriptions to offer them a hassle-free re-entry into your business.
