How can I disable the Customer Portal for a customer or a contact person?
To disable the portal for a customer or contact person:
- Navigate to the Customers tab and select the customer for whom you want to disable the portal.
- Click the More dropdown in the top-right corner and select Configure Customer Portal.
- In the Enable Portal Access popup, uncheck the customer and contact persons for whom you want to disable the Customer Portal for and click Save.
