In Zoho Books, you cannot change the status of a quote from Sent to Draft. Zoho Books restricts this conversion as it is not possible to unsend a quote.
Insight:If you have enabled the customer portal, all the sent quotes will be displayed to the customer in the customer portal.
If it is necessary, you can try cloning the quote, saving the cloned quote in the draft status, and deleting the old quote.
Warning:Deleting is a permanent action that cannot be undone.
