How do I change the account associated with a TDS rate?
Go to Purchases and select Bills for purchase transactions or go to Sales and select Invoices for sales transactions.
Click + New in the top right corner of the page.
Click TDS in the Total section of the transaction.
Click the dropdown near TDS and click Manage TDS.
Hover the cursor over the TDS for which you want to change the account and click the Edit icon.
Select the account in which you want to track the TDS Payable and TDS Receivable.
Click Save.
Note: Only new transactions will be affected by these changes. If you want to associate this account with the existing transactions, you need to edit the transaction and select the TDS again.
